India Visa Overview
To visit India, foreign nationals require a valid visa, which can be applied for online through the official Indian portal indianvisaonline.gov.in for eligible tourist, business, or medical purposes; depending on your nationality, you may be able to apply for an e-Visa which allows entry through designated airports.
For longer stays or specific purposes, you may need to apply for a regular visa at an Indian embassy or consulate.
Nationals of Japan, South Korea and UAE (who previously had obtained a visa) are eligible for a Visa on Arrival at selected Airports
