Registration Categories
There are 3 registration categories:
- Non-profit – includes those at University and Government organizations
- Industry – includes those at companies and commercial organizations
- Student – must be Pre-Ph.D and upload a letter of certification from their Department Chairperson
Available Discounts
Student Workshop Program and Competition Discount Students planning to participate in the Student Workshop Program and Competition are eligible to receive a $250 discount off the student registration rate, reducing the cost to $100. To receive this discount, students must email proof of enrollment in an academic program to [email protected] and will be sent a promo code to apply when registering. After applying for discounts, Indian students can register for US$ 100 or INR 8700 by paying through credit card, or pay in cash onsite.
They then follow the regular procedure of poster abstract submission and select the abstract category “Student Competition” to submit their poster to the program. See Student Workshop Program and Competition page for more info.
PAG 32 Discount We are currently offering a discount of $100 off PAG Asia-India registration rates for attendees of PAG 32 in San Diego. Email [email protected] with your PAG 32 registration ID# to receive a discount code.
PostDoc Discount We are offering a $50 discount to attendees in Postdoctoral Research Positions. Please email a photo of your student ID to [email protected] to receive a discount code.
Group Discounts We are offering discounts to groups of non-profit attendees and groups of student attendees, in the amount of $100 off each individual Full Conference Early Registration. Each attendee in a group consisting of 5 non-profit attendees will receive a rate of $400, and each attendee in a group of 7 student attendees will receive will receive a rate of $250. All attendees must submit a poster to receive this discount. Workshop organizers and speakers already receiving a reduced rate are not eligible. To apply for this discount, email [email protected] with your list of attendees who wish to register.
Payment
We accept payment via credit card in US currency, or wire transfer. All payment must be made online, no cash will be accepted onsite at the conference. Please contact us at [email protected] if you wish to make arrangements for a wire transfer. (All wire transfers must be completed by February 28, 2025 or the registration will be invalid.)
