The Organizing Committee is offering assistance should you need a Letter of Invitation to facilitate the visa application process or to provide authorization for attendance.

Please note that you are required to pre-register for the PAG meeting before we can send your letter.

All fields marked with * are required.

PAG Asia is managed by a company based in the USA, the same organization that manages The Plant and Animal Genome Conference (PAG) in San Diego. We understand this may be problematic for some who require a letter from a company or organization based in the host country of the conference, China.

In this case, we can offer a letter of invitation from on of our Board Members, on letterhead from a Chinese organization, affiliated with the conference.
